New protocol for the execution of works by operators of underground transport pipelines

Brussels, 8 October 2025 — The agricultural organisations Boerenbond, ABS (Algemeen Boerensyndicaat) and FWA (Fédération Wallonne de l'Agriculture) have concluded a new protocol with the owners and operators of underground transport pipelines, represented by Fetrapi. This protocol sets out clear agreements on compensation for damage to agricultural land and crops during works.
